Zlata Ognevich was born January 12, 1986, in Murmansk, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union (Now Russian Federation) in the family of ethnic Ukrainians.Growing up in Sudak, Crimea, Ukraine, where she was raised by loving parents – Zlata was highly influenced by music and she showed an aptitude for it before she could even talk.
