Into the Eyes of the Zombie King is the seventh studio album by American experimental rock band Chrome, released in 1984 by French record label Mosquito. It was Chrome's first album since the departure of Helios Creed following 1982's 3rd from the Sun. The album was reissued in 1986 on by German label Dossier.

Chrome is an experimental rock group founded in San Francisco, California in 1976 by Damon Edge and Gary Spain (synth). They recorded and released their first album, The Visitation, with members John Lambdin (guitar and bass), Mike Low (guitar/vocal). Mike Low left the band to be replaced by guitarist and vocalist Helios Creed, the band released Alien Soundtracks, the project of which started out as a soundtrack for a radical San Francisco strip show.
