Ruby and $crim describe the peak of their depression in “Antarctica,” a song released in 2016, it serves as the outro track Dark Side of the Clouds.
It features a prolific sample of “I Remember” by Deadmau5, which was subject to controversy after Deadmau5 himself called out the boy$' for copyright infringement after he claimed they used an “entire section” of his song. You can read more about this here.
As of September 2021, after long standing controversy, the sample was officially cleared and Deadmau5 is credited on the track. The duo announced the “re-release” of the song via their social media.
