Formed in the end of 90s in small town -Istra -near Moscow , band Smeh (Смех) plays fast & awesome californian punk (like NoFX style).They already heave 2 albums -"Jivyak (Живяк)" ; "Ne Ssat'!(Не ссать!)" and split "Punk Brotherhood?"(Панк Братсво?) with 2 russian punk bands-"Vse Stvoly"(Все стволы) and F.P.G. And at the concerts they always charge people by their powerful melodic punk-rock!!!
