Gossip Girl is the debut mini-album by South Korean girl group Rainbow. It was released on November 12, 2009. DSP Media announced on November 4, 2009 that they will be debuting a new girl group. On November 6, they released another teaser image of the girls and revealed their names, ages, respective colors and the name of their debut album. During the debut time, they were called the "second KARA" due to both groups are signed on the same label. The music video for "Gossip Girl" was released in November 12.

Rainbow (Hangul: 레인보우, Katakana: レインボー) was a seven-member South Korean girl group under DSP Media formed in 2009 and disbanded in 2016. The group's members are Kim Jaekyung (김재경), Koh Woori (고우리), Oh Seungah (오승아), No Eul (노을), Jung Yoonhye (정윤혜), Kim Jisook (지숙) and Cho Hyunyoung (조현영), to represent each color of the rainbow.
