"LOTUS" is the 26th single by DIR EN GREY. It was released in Japan on January 26, 2011 via FIREWALL DIV. (Distributed by Sony Music Entertainment Japan).
"LOTUS" was released in two editions in Japan, a limited edition including the CD and a DVD with live footage from their concert on SHINKIBA STUDIO COAST from July 21, 2010 during their tour "THE UNWAVERING FACT OF TOMORROW TOUR2010". The DVD tracklist is "残", "LIE BURIED WITH A VEGEANCE" and "逆上堪能ケロイドミルク".
The Regular Edition is including the CD disc only.
"LOTUS" tracklist is including 3 tracks (which is the same for both editions). The title song "LOTUS", a new re-arranged version of "OBSCURE" and a live version of "冷血なりせば" (which is taken from SHINKIBA STUDIO COAST on July 20, 2010)
On January 14th, 2011, a radio edit of "LOTUS" had nation premiere on Japanese radio stations. Because of big requests from their fans from Facebook, the song also had it's American premiere during weekend 21-23 January 2011 on the Full Metal Jackie show.
