Damn man. I listened to these guys since shortly before their self-titled was released in the US, fortunately I got to see them live twice. Sucks because they were easily my favorite band but I feel they were going downhill with the last couple releases, or atleast in a direction I wasn't fond of. On the bright side they put out a lot of really great albums, more than a lot of other bands are even capable of imo. Unfortunately they are pretty irreplaceable. They had such a unique sound that I haven't been able to find anywhere else. RIP FACT

I dig the new album, however, the mixing could've been better. Has anyone else noticed that it sounds a bit muddy at times?

KHEAT not so bad, but it lacks that something had previous songs. As the feelings, perhaps

Adam is ok, he's fit in the band. And last two albums actually lot better than Blink and Burundanga, where half of songs were just filler garbage. One thing I didn't really like on KHEAT are some hardcore breakdown parts, like in the middle of 'worm', for example. Sound too *western*, you know...

I don't know why they added Adam to the band. He is annoying as hell, every time he comes in yelling some random bullshit it makes me want to skip the song. The songs on the new album where he has no vocals or only a few lines are much better than the songs where he has a larger part imo.

I really dislike "KTHEAT". Sure, it's a stripped down sound that somewhat even remotely "Never Turn Out The Light To Keep Myself". I mean isn't that what everyone wanted anyway? However it's just too stripped down for me. The instrumental work is incredible - they never let me down. They just really needed a producer for this album. They shouldnt've self-produced it. "Witness" was a great start for what could've become something else, you know? I understand they couldn't truly finance hiring another producer but they could've honestly just waited. Releasing a new album in less than a year is rather haste. Then again they've released something new every year since 2009.

Yeah, I like the old vocals as well but I kinda dig his new style. Also, I have to say that I really liked the unity between Hiro's and Adam's vocals in this song.

New album KTHEAT (I'm guessing Kazuki Takahiro Hiro Eiji Adam Tomohiro) out March 4th in Japan (which means a leak will be around then also). Has Witness even been made available internationally yet?
