Biography

Cai Xukun (Chinese: 蔡徐坤) mononymously known as Kun (stylized KUN) is a Chinese singer, dancer, rapper and songwriter.

KUN is active as a solo artist as well as the leader and center of a boy group Nine Percent, which was formed in the reality show on IQIYI by earning the center position.

In 2015, Kun returned from the USA to China to participate in , which is an idol trainee reality talent show. The show was produced by Anhui TV, in a partnership with MBC from South Korea. Kun appeared for two seasons of the show where he went through training in South Korea, which led to improvement. After returning to China with the other successful contestants, Kun debuted in SWIN, under the management of Entertainment Company. The group's debut was looked forward to but due to mismanagement the group couldn't appear in many public events, which lead to the group losing popularity. In 2017, Kun filed a lawsuit to terminate his contract, which he ended up winning.
