Secret Atelier is Svetlana Zhavoronkova - the voice of the project, which you will never confuse or forget, and Ilya Popov - the sound producer, whose music is released by foreign labels like New York's 'King Street Sounds' and Hanover's 'Peppermint Jam', whose production usually evokes the comment "Wow, can they do that in Russia?
The duo never thought it necessary to limit their joint creation to a single musical style, so while listening to music Secret Atelier you will rhythmically bob your head to funky compositions, and dance like for the last time, to rousing disco and house, cry and grieve - with ease too! The project also has a couple of epic medleys for such occasions.
You could hear Secret Atelier at such significant festivals as Usadba Jazz, Bosco Fresh Fest, Skolkovo Jazz Fest and Chess & Jazz in Hermitage Garden, Jazz Seasons, etc. The group took part in the music programme of Kinotavr, and also gave sold-out concerts on the Summer Stage in Aptekarsky Ogorod, Gorky Park and Arkhangelsky.
To date, the project has two full-length albums and four singles. The music of Secret Atelier can be heard in Anna Melikyan's films, on JazzFM and MegapolisFM radio stations, as well as in the most stylish bars and clubs around the world.
