The lyrics is not completely despairing though - Although they recognise the sad reality of their efforts being overshadowed, they also celebrate their resilience and ambition, proclaiming that they are champions. Despite being overlooked by others, they find strength in the blind spot, referring to the moments and circumstances that others may not fully understand or appreciate.
