I Could Not Plan This is the fourth studio album by Connecticut rapper, Witt Lowry. The album’s release date was first announced on Twitter, saying it would release on September 22, 2017. However, the date was later moved to September 18.
The 15-track album features five singles Witt released before the album’s release: “Numb,” “Let Me Know,” “Blood in the Water,” “Last Letter,” and “Wishing Wells.”
